The Webshop is run by me, the artist Nadia Turner. I take great care of creating, handling and shipping everything myself. Please understand that I am a working artist with a bricks and mortar shoppe and need time to create as well! For this reason, I do one post office run every week.
Before purchasing please make sure that your country allows importation of the items you've selected - for example wood and herbs contained in the spirit dolls, wooden brooches etc.
While I’ve never had any problems shipping my products around the world, I cannot be held responsible for rejection of items or import taxes.
Australian shipping is a flat rate per order of $16 and is via Australia Post.
Within Australia, most items take 2-5 business days from the day of postage.
International shipping is currently set at a flat depending on where you are in the world -between $25-$35 - it has become very expensive to post items overseas sadly…
However if you have purchased a smaller item and shipping ends up being cheaper I will reimburse you the difference or please contact me for a shipping quote if you’d prefer.
Items will be posted once a week. If you need your item(s) within a certain amount of time, please be sure to let me know so that I can make certain it gets to you on time.

I also offer a free local pick-up option from Tanglewood Gallery in Sassafras (please wait until you've received confirmation to collect)
An invoice/receipt will be placed in your package - if you’ve ordered something for a friend please let me know and I will leave out the invoice.
Prints: Printed on Demand
Prints are printed on Demand - which means they’ll be printed after the order comes through so there may be a delay of a week or so before they are shipped. If the order is urgent just let me know.
Pre-Orders
In case of pre-order items, these will be sent out as soon as they are available. If you’ve ordered any other items with your pre-order please be aware that your order will be held back until the pre-0rder item is available. If you wish your other items to arrive separately please place separate orders..
Returns
Refunds or replacements may be given for faulty items, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Change of mind refunds and exchanges are at my discretion and will have postage costs deducted if accepted.

All images created by Nadia Turner are protected by international copyright. All rights are retained by the artist, including copyright and artistic rights. No alterations to work may be made without the consent of the artist.
When you buy a product on this website you buy the item, not the copyright. When you buy an original piece of art or a print you cannot reproduce it or use it for commercial purposes.
